How do I place an order?

You can place an order online through our website, by phone, or in-store at our location. Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.

What are your delivery options?

We offer three delivery options: In-store pickup (free), local delivery, and mail order. Local delivery is available same-day for orders placed before 6 PM.

If I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

Cannabis products may only be returned if they are defective, shipped in error, or recalled. With the exception of recalls, returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.

How much cannabis can I legally purchase?

New marijuana laws came into effect in BC in 2018. If you’re 19 or older, you can carry up to 30 grams of cannabis in public. Privately, you can have up to 1,000 grams — four plants’ worth — in your home.

What is the difference between CBD and THC?

THC and CBD are both cannabinoids derived from the cannabis plant, but they’re different in many ways that may influence your next dispensary purchase. An easy way to think about it is that THC is defined by what cannabis makes you feel, while the effects of CBD can’t be felt. The important distinction is that, unlike THC, CBD will not intoxicate you. It also addresses one of the most common reasons people choose to use CBD—pain management. CBD can also block some of the intoxicating effects of THC. By binding to cannabinoid receptors, it will keep THC from activating those receptors. This translates to a less intense psychoactive effect, which is why products with a mix of CBD and THC are great for first-time consumers. This does not mean that CBD, by itself, cannot offer an effect. High doses of CBD often produce a profoundly relaxing experience. Like stepping out of a hot tub, your body may feel tingly and relaxed, and your brain may be clear.

What is the difference between Sativa, Indica and Hybrid?

Sativa strains offer more of a head high, while Indica strains provide more of a body high. Hybrid strains provide a combination of the two. Choosing the right one for you depends on what you’re looking to use it for.
